Under the moderate scenario in the current model, BTA is projected to reach more than £5M annual revenue and about £2.6M annual net profit by Year 5.
BTA’s financial model is built around phased growth: beginning with pilot execution and validation, while simultaneously developing the infrastructure, entering institutional partnerships, and moving toward a scalable digital platform.
In the early stages, the focus is on building and optimising the product, specialist analysis, and strengthening the core value proposition. As the platform grows, recurring revenues from memberships, institutional partnerships, and digital services are expected to increase at an accelerating pace.
Based on the current model and under a moderate scenario, BTA has the capacity to reach more than £5M in annual revenue and approximately £2.6M in annual net profit by Year 5, with a net profit margin approaching 50%.
The key economic attraction is operational leverage: as the number of users, schools, memberships, and automated processes increases, revenue is expected to grow significantly faster than operating costs.
